In my opinion, writing is the most effective tool for overcoming confusion. Confusion can be a problem because conflicting perspectives may arise without proper documentation. So when you have an idea, please write it down as much as you can to preserve as many ideas as possible. You will be able to refer to them at any time to refresh your memory. You can also add more context to an idea or revise it. Keeping your ideas solely in your mind is risky, as you may one day realize that you have lost many of them without even realizing it.
