Having English as my second language, my thoughts on my writing can be complicated. American Sign Language (ASL) is my first language, which I love dearly. I have tried throughout my life to master the English language, and writing in English comes rather naturally to me. However, I have made gradual improvements in my writing skills over time. Currently, I am able to write well and feel almost comfortable with it, although I still find myself editing my work until I am satisfied with it.
Over the past few months, I have managed to draft several short stories. However, due to demands of my job, I have not yet had the opportunity to edit them. But I am determined that one day, I will find the time to do so.
